TOTKAY FOR THOSE WHO ARE ALLERGIC TO PUNGENT SMELL
6 chemical-free ways for Asthma
patients to clean their home:
People having asthma often face very hard time because of the chemicals used
in household products which are very harmful for their health and they’re not
able to use them. Here are 6 natural ways to stay safe from those chemicals
MULTI SURFACE CLEANER
Surface cleaners often come with bad odor and toxic chemicals. A healthy
alternative for it is; Take 1 part warm water, 2 teaspoons Bicarbonate soda as
it is a great bacteria killer and add 15 drops of lavender essential oil for a
wonderful odor. Just soak a soft cloth in this solution and clean.
TOILET CLEANER
As always something acidic is required to clean the toilet so, readymade
lemonade will do just fine as long as it has citric acid, It’s the key
ingredient.
DIRT REMOVER
This is the simplest of all 6 tips. Just purchase a rubbing brick
and rub on surface where needed. It easily removes all sorts of dirt and you
can rub it on any surface i.e; ceramic, tiled floor, wooden floor etc
FOR MOPPING
Take a bucket half filled with
warm water. Add about quarter white vinegar, Chamomile tea for a good smell and
last but not least 6-8 drops of hand and face wash to emulsify all ingredients
and believe me it can do wonders.
DISHWASHER
Another simple tip is; just take a bowl half
full of Luke warm water and add sea or table salt in it. Both of them will do
just fine. Take a soft cloth take some of that solution and rub on dishes like
cups having tea stains. It has proven to be a great dish.
AIR FRESHNER
Aerosol cans are also very
harmful for people with asthma. This alternative will blow your mind and all it
requires is just 10 parts alcohol and 1 part bergamot oil or any essential oil
you like. Just puff and voila!
Store it in a spray bottle. It can be stored for up to 2 years.
