The 'Supernatural" star Jensen Ackles just opened a brewery in Austin, Texas.

Jensen just opened a brewery in Austin, Texas alongside his wife, wife's brother and wife's parents. That's right Mr. Dean Winchester from the TV show Supernatural. He gave it an Iconic name too,"The Grackle". He told in an interview that the name originates from his wife's middle name "Graul" and his name "Ackles", So Graul+Ackles = The Grackle.


He said that they kept referring the brewery as a family business because they couldn't come up with a catchy name, "We all kind of looked at each other and as most decisions are made in our house, it just went like.. "Alright".

The Ackles moved to Austin after their first child was born. Alot of their friends live here in Austin so they wanted to come to a place where it felt more like home. "The brewery idea just kinda followed us".
At the brewery good food is being served too, Jep from Duck dynasty is a chef at the Grackles. He told the interviewer, "Met up with the Ackles, they're like 'We're making good beer' and we're like, 'We're making good food, let's do it'.
Its been one of jensen's life long dream to open a brewery even though his day job for 13 years was "Supernatural" he always wanted to be a part of this. The Duck Dynasty star also says that he always wanted to open a restaurant too. He serves Cajun food there and it goes well with the many types of beers that the Ackles serve.
