It seems that Marriages in  Indo-Pak are the only entertaining thing people wishes for. They think for, wish for even groom themselves up for wedding.

You may give some margin to Adam's sons, but Eve's daughters are brought-up in a way that they know their final destination before adolescence.

It's the fact that when the news of baby girl's arrival hits the market, trillion of brows got raised.
 Yup! Still...
 you may agree or not but after the nano-second of daughter's birth, parents sense their living under the weather. They dream for their daisy's wedding day, her match-up, dowry and her groom too.

Parents always have a sketch of their son-in-law. A vague image, but with a crystal clean traits. Most of the parents have a desire to have a Mehmood Ahmed(from Agan Tera) types of Dammad.
And here is the reason why;

1) Because Mahboob Ahmed is too mild
No aggression, no scorn, no attitude, no tough-looks hence never reciprocates. Such types of guys are precious but hard to find.

2) He bears all "oul-fole" of his wife

Remember, how harshly Jahan Ara talked to M.A but he always laughed, smiled and showed his charisma.

Ok, I know you may be thinking of Jahan Ara's mother, hell rude ! yeah ! and Mehboob Ahmed didn't like her too. But he never disrespected her. Never. instead, he said " Walikum-asalam ! "

 Remember new furniture, new fridge, new Sari, just to fulfil's Jahan Ara's wishes.

 7) Never taunt on infertility 
" kahan milty hain asy log yaarr". On a very serious note, this drama can be an inspiration for so many demotivated rather devastated souls, who feel loss due to infertility. Guyss! you have a life too, enjoyyy....get some chills from this happy-go-lucky couple.  No regrets !

8) He is handsome toooo.And if a person "just like him" has all the above mentioned traits and also looks good then its nothing but the best ever combo, the cherry on the cake.

So, why not parents wish for Mehboob Ahmed Type Damaad.
